We warrant that all labor, materials furnished, and work performed in conjunction with the project are in accordance with our contract documents. This also includes authorized modifications/change orders thereto, and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the Date of Substantial Completion.
Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials, workmanship, or arrangement, the same shall, upon written notice by Owner, be made good at no expense to the Owner.
Nothing referenced in the above statements shall be deemed to apply to materials or workmanship which has been abused or neglected by the Owner.
